is it bad if i work out the same body part I just injected into?

I was wondering is thier any reason why i cant workout glutes the same day I am injecting them?? Is their any evidance that says i thats a bad thing to do? thanks for the info bro's!

Actually its quite the opposite, its BEST to work out the body part u just injected, as it facilitates absorbtion. Helps with minimizing pain and swelling.

I totally agree. I used Sustaretard 250 for my first cycle and I have not come across anything that painful since. On advice from the board, I started warming up my shots (minus the needle of course) in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before shooting in my glutes then I would go do legs immediately afterwards and my shots became painless. The heat lowers the viscosity of the oil and the leg workout helps disperse the oil into the muscle and reduces swelling and pain. Doc

I guess everyone is different, because for me injection AFTER I work that body part is best. For example, if I do a delt shot and then train shoulders, I get bruising all the way down to my biceps. If I do the delt shot post the workout, no pain and no bruise. This holds especially true if I am using higher volume shots. But I think a glute shot doesn't matter either way.
