so i have been running 20mg of winny and my legs are locked now....(i tried to go for a easy run(45min jog), and my legs got pumped real fast. im stronger, but im losing endurence) im going to drop it for a few days and the start back at around 10mg. im also on test right now, but i dont think thats whats causing my leg lock. i have been on test for 3 weeks now, and just started winny 5 days ago, and its getting bad. so i think it has to be the winny. any ideas? im running IP test at around 200 mg (prop/Eth mix) a week. the winny (tabs) are 40somehting mg IP tabs as well...
I would drop the winny and give the Test alone another week. It'll be easier to tell what's doing what.
If you're still getting pumps, I'd reduce the test to 150-175 mg/wk. As runners and cyclists, we're so used to hearing high dosages that bodybuilders run that we tend to use more than what's needed for our sport.
I just started winny - about 4 days ago - I did a hard workout lastnight, definitly a slight increase in power, but I had a hint of pumps/pain during one of the intervals. I'll keep ya posted on if I get pumps at this level (40mg with 10mg Tbol).
So far, though, I like TBOL better psychologically. When I did 30mg a day of TBOL, TBol made me feel like I had just taken a triple shot of espresso and I was real motivated!
I seem a little crankier then normal, but I don't think thats a winny side effect.
You Know, I don't think I've ever had a pump, at least that I know of. Stupid ? but what does it feel like?
For me, the muscle I'm working gets extremely engorged with blood, gets super hard, and makes it hard to move.
This is not a good thing when you're trying to sprint that last 250 yards of a road race!!
