eca tolerance

just got some lipo-6 by nutrex... is it neccessary to access tolerance with ECAs? or should i just follow directions and start with 2 a day for the first 5 days? just wondering what you guys do. i havnt taken a ECA in a while.

I would take ONE and see how it hits you. Do it early in the day or you may not sleep that night. LOL

Is there anything that wil help tolerate the ECA without canceling it out?...I do not handle it very well at all....

It doesn't work like that.....try something like Forslean and/or Anorex with perhaps less quantities of the ECA stack to minimize its adverse effects
