No, increases oxygen being absoebd to the muscles. muscles are much like our lungs. Also, The NO2 incr. will reduce lactic acid in the muscle so you don't get that "burn" as easily.

Matrix, the dosages of niacin that cause that kind of damage are over 1500mg. At least from what Iv found. Suposedly doctors are prescribing 1000mgs for patients with high cholesterol. So I figure 250-500 should be fine. I also found that the liver problems seem to be from the time released versions of niacin.

Hey I just bought some nitrix and some creatine (they're supposed to be great together and I respond really good to creatine anyways) I was wondering if I was supposed to take the nitrix before or after I workout. I usually take creatine before and after I workout. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Either way ya do it, NOx2 type supplements have to be taken on an empty stomach at least a half hour before eating or a half hour after eating. This is one reason I don't like supplements like that when Im bulking, cuz i never seem to have an empty stomach.lol. But when Im dieting it's easier. Unfortunetly when I diet i use ephedrine, which is supposed to counter act Nox2 type supps, so, It's kinda a pain, but some say it's a good product. I take it half hour before I eat as apposed to after, because I think sometimes food hasn't left my gut after that half hour. If I take it an hour and a half after a meal, which would also be a half hour before my next meal(since i eat every 2 hours), then i think it is better absorbed that way. Just my oppinion.

I am confused, what are the effects of Creatine vs. L-Arginine AKG (Active in NOx2 product)? NOx2=increase O2 to reduce lactic acid and increase muscle respiration Creatine=? (I thought it was for water absorbtion in the muscle to help the muscle collapse on itself which aids in recovery)

I am using Vaso XP and vitargo creatine right now, been on 4 weeks.I have put on around 8 lbs and my strength (pumps also but power is more important to me) is way up,I am going to continue to use both until I hit AS again sometime over the winter. The BS about the "perpetual pump" is exactly that-BS but the strength gains make it worth while alone. S.

(I thought it was for water absorbtion in the muscle to help the muscle collapse on itself which aids in recovery) When the muscle contractsit uses ATP for the contraction .. as ATP is udes up it converts into ADP .. creatine helps recycle the ADP back in to ATP, in turn you get a few more reps and a little more explosive power. Creatine helps to allow muscle cells to swell with fluid and nutrients. NO2, NOx2 .. etc ... effects are less money in your pocket.

ic, thanks for the clearer picture. Makes since cuz ATP to ADP production requires alot of H20, so i imagine that's where the creatine fits in. Interesting!!

I read that whole little booklet that they give you with NO2. It said other NO2 type supps don't have the same delivery system that NO2 does. They said it is very expensive to get the ingrediants to make that stuff, and that they(MRI) are the only ones who have the patent to use that stuff. NOx2 from Pinnacle has betacylcodextrin which is supposed to be a quality "time releasing" agent. I don't know what the others have. That little book basically looked like one big advertisment for NO2, which it was. I don't know, it all seems kinda fishy to me.

I read that same book, I felt like it was an infomercial. But, I am about through with the bottle on NO3 that i started and about to order another. I like the stuff i have made major changes in weight (gained 7 pounds), made significant strength differences in just 3 weeks (all exercises went up in weight), I like the product and if it doesnt work for others sorry. Creatine is the same way some are just non-responders, but I respond to both. You have to cycle off the creatine for ten days and only take the NO3 and then get back on the creatine. NO3 is supposed to take nutrients directly to the muscle and use them more efficiently. I have got good gains and I am happy with it.

I tried the NO2 thing also, and I am a great responder to creatine. The NO2 was crap -- I took it back in week 3. For me and my workout buddy, it made us sleepy as hell. Really hard to keep up the intensity of a workout on that crap. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Nope, just Creatine, designer protein, NO3, and eating like a horse.
