Greater volume w/ less frequency or vice versa?
What's the boards consensus on volume and frequency? Do you prefer to work a bp more than once a week with less volume or one a week with greater volume?

I actually like to do both until I start to stagnate...I'll stick around 12-15 reps per set, per bodypart, 2X per week for a while until it seems like I'm not growing or getting any stronger. When that happens, I'll drop my reps, add weight, and drop down to 6-8 reps only once a week per bodypart. When I start to stagnate there, I go back to more reps twice a week.
I don't do this for any given amount of time, just until I feel that I've plateaued where I'm at. It always seems to keep me moving up bigger and heavier.
Depends on the ester you are using long or short...Long esters I spread out into 2 shots per week..lets say a Tuesday and a Friday,, this will keep your bloods stable...short esters im pinning daily and yes moving pin locations daily also,, so by the end of the week I will start again with the same muscle group I started the week before..this also helps a lot on scar tissue.
