I could not find a good place for this to go, so if this is redirected I understand, I just want to say that it is good to be back and Well after a long hiatus BC has returned to finally get back into the sport of lifting. Since completing a football career(with a much anticipated yet much less desirable year!!) a lot of things have happened, #1 being I balooned to an illustrious 380lbs. but fortunately am back down to 340lbs. I have not lifted a weight since last January but am ready to get back into the swing of things( I stepped back in and benched 395 right off the bat so I aint that bad off), I cant wait to get reaquainted with this site and the "old" members as well as the new ones, good to be back as I trust this is still a stand up site, I hope that some of the ol' heads will guide me back into the swing of things to show me what is going on in the new ever changing world of Body building!!!

Welcome back BC, nice to see you around again. 340lbs! Sounds like a good base to start from. So, no more football?

Sorry again, Got busy again from work so I haven't been around, trying to get used to this whole "real world" thing, it sucks pretty bad! Nope, as far as football, Had workouts with 6 NFL teams but I wasn't really what they were looking for, not quite fast enough and too much of a liability with my injuries, didnt want to go anything below the NFL and keep fucking my body up for mere peanuts, so I have just come to grips, realized there is life after football and entered the real world and haven't looked back! Hope all is well with everyone here and I can't wait to get settled in and start working out again, and too see all the great advancements I have missed out on around here!!!

When I started my research here many moons ago I used to read your posts, welcome back.
