Where is the rear delt work. I think rear delt work is not important if compound shoulder movements are not used. Mendelson swears by rear delt work.
Actually I do tons of rear delt work. Usually 5 sets of 10 on rear laterals. I am just cutting back close to the meet because my joints are a bit sore.
The band pulls to the face hit my rear delts...perhaps not enough? Erm
