great info fellas , really good ive often wondered about those high pulls so i wil now add them to my training from here on out. i do nearly always deadlift and shoulder width BB rows bent over , other than that plain old BBell shrugs but always maxed out so maybe ill try doing som,e sort of reps for those aswell from now on! i love you guys man

man try heavy deads with 4 reps of shrugs at the top of each rep 😉 how can u possibly go wrong? Mike
