No u dont just take a pill. You take 100s of them! :devil: Seriously though, that is a lot of drugs to take - 100 mgs of Wiinny for 8 - 10 weeks, 300 mcg of clen every other day for 2 weeks, DNP (ie: rat poison?? Or similar effect on body??) in between clen, and T4. When i mentioned to a friend of mine that i know people on the boards who take these drugs, he said to me "what all at once" and I said yeah, he freaked out. But then, that's why he don't look as good as the peeps on here! :biglaugh: But i hasten to add that its not the drugs at all, its the tuna rolls. Hehehe And my bad Dave did say he's doing heaps of cardio, and thats good. And besides he's got the genetics to be big with some good training. ๐Ÿ™‚ Ok so im sounding like an old whining mother! LOL you funny buggers, yes i am going to train, will take it easier on the clen and t4 than i first thought, it has been a while, i hight start at 160mcg a day to begin, see how i go. Joined the gym last night, felt so good to have a home again!!!!!! Bring on the protein powder tuna and cottage cheese!!!!!!

Pace, im not just eating those foods.... LOL My diet will look like this initially, might keto after 4-6 weeks, dont know yet. 6.00 cardio 7.00 oats and egg whites 10.00 shake in water 12.00 tuna/cottage cheese and rice 2.00 shake in water 4.30 tuna/cottage cheese and rice 6.00 train 7.00 shake in water 9.00 chicken/beef and vegies shake in water before bed Thoughts peoples?

That's just about word for word what i started this week. only difference is i'm having an extra chicken/veg meal. find i get too hungry otherwise. Looks good to me mate.

I also consume the suger free jelly of a nighttime if i am rolling around the floor with hunger pains, has no carbs fuck all calories and tastes great!

LOL @ "rolling around the floor with hunger pains" :biglaugh: When u really think about it, hunger doesn't hurt that much. I can remember a few years ago i ate absolutely nothing for 3.5 days except water. I was hungry for sure but it doesn't leave you in agony lol. Anyhow thanks for ur response Dave was wondering what kind of diet you'd use.

Looks quite good dave...but i would swap beef to 4.30 meal and replace rice from same meal with flax oil in cheese...actually use flax oil in all cheese meals, also replace shake b4 bed with cheese/flax meal as it will digest much slower than a shake Good luck mate:thumbsup:

Cardio will be 45-60 mins first thing in morning on empty stomach, then 30 mins after training/before bed depending on musclegroup trained. Tribex, i will be using very low doses of dnp, as per my previous cycles
