Hm...well i am taking 35mg Dbol a day (2x a day) Once before workout once about 2-3 hours before bed. I am also taking 500mg test cyp. a week (2x a week) looking obviously to bulk. Anyway, my first cycle was pretty sloppy I didnt really eat too well but i gained about 18 pounds. that was with sust. Many people are telling me it is my diet but I am taking in the cals/ protein. But i guess i will let you be the judge. Oh yeah one other thing, i made a big mistake by not adding EQ to my cycle cause I didnt have the extra dough but i sure wish i did cause i could use the appetite. (it seems i haven't been hungry since i started my cycle) well here goes my food intake for yesterday was this: 1st meal: 2 chicken cutlets, protein shake, orange juice 2nd meal(2 hours later): protein shake, 2 tomato juices, water 3rd meal: Chicken cutlet on 2 slices white bread with blue cheese dressing. 4servings milk, water. 4th meal: Protein shake/creatine 5th meal: one egg on bagel with cheese, taylor ham. Orange juice. 6th meal: 2 beef tacos, one chicken burrito (cheese,flour tortilla,sour cream, salsa.) 7th meal: protein shake, fruit 8th meal: 2 burger king cheeseburgers and a glass of juice. So why am i not gaining. Oh yeah, i forgot to mention I was sick last week with food poisoning(or so i think it was) but I feel fine now. Havent gained a pound and this is my 3rd week in. Help me out fellas.

How much do you weigh now? What is yout total calorie/protein intake totals? How physically active are you besides the weights? Are you sure your shit is real?

Looks pretty good though you may want to up the protein by adding more to your shakes or doubling "cutlet"....

Also, I don't see much use for the creatine while u r on your cycle. Perhaps you should save it for afterwards so u can minimize your losses.

hm sal is an italian name, im surprised you never heard of chicken cutlets. Anyway if you are wondering what it is, its chicken breast, breaded and fried. Kinda like fried chicken but a little less greasy and fatty. Not bad at all give it a try.

Your diet is similar to mine Soccer, I eat more protein and only 6 meals a day. I used to love red meat, but i have almost nixed it completely, spend about 100 a week on chicken alone now.

A $100 a week on Chicken?? Move to South Dakota, a $100 could buy you the whole fucking farm!! Chicken is really cheap here, just like everything else.

I used to train in Bolivia and with a 100 US Dollars you could buy 60 KILOGRAMS (AAAH!!) of chicken breasts! Here (Canada) I buy 4 Kilos for about 15 US Dollars. How do you like that!?

I was trying to say that cutlets are pretty small servings. Eat the whole breast of chicken, it;s a "heartier" portion with alot more protein. As far as i can see your diet looks pretty good. If your having trouble gaining increase the protein some more or add some PB. My last bulk cycle i went through about 10 jars of PB.

Granted eating is a huge part of getting big. no doubt. but maybe you should review your training and resting as well. You might be overtrained or under-rested. put it on paper. There is a book on Ketogenic Diets by Lyle McDonald where he talks about amounts of work and energy used and charts it up against amount of food needed. Check it out. and don't give up! 🙂
