High Fat Intakes While Dieting- Who Does It?? Is It REALLY Effective??
Guys, who diets with a High Protein, Low Carb & High Fat intake? I'm talking in the 30%+ range from Good Fats(Olive/Flax Oil, Almonds, etc...) What macros do you normally use? Is it REALLY effective as far as fat loss is concerned??
As far as fat loss .. u need a calorie deficit. if u eliminate carbs, then u need fat for energy .. so naturally u would need more fat. yes, keto diets work .. do some research on ketogenic diets.
