I just bought lecithin (400mg softgel) on a hunch since I was thinking about the ldl/hdl issue.
Is it effective in this regard?

I also take lecithin but mostly for brain function--seems to keep it sharper
I definatly need that!
It is a great emulsifier too. I take it with my fish oils with the idea that maybe they [the fish oils] will be better absorbed.
