4 cups oatmeal(cooked servings) 18 egg whites 1 cup fiber one cereal I cook the oatmeal first in a seperate pan, seperate the egg whites and dump in the cup of fiber one, pour in the oatmeal and mix well with a wire wisk, then i pop it in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes at about 375-400, looks a little like a pan of cornbread, makes about four servings, add a little ff butter and some sugar free pancake syrup on top and your good to go
