im 5'9 145 lbs and im a hard gainer. i need help makin a good realistic mass diet. any help would be appriciated.thanks

Eat everything. Go ahead and have some Doritoes and little Debbies. Any weight will be good weight for a skinny guy. Peanut butter added to everything. Go to the buffets and make yourself sick, then do it again in two hours. If you think it's "fattening" eat it. Never go without a meal for more than 3 hours (cept when you're asleep). Grow my friend and be happy. 😉
