Meal 1 10:00 a.m. Muscle Milk Protein Shake w/ 1 cup fat free milk protein: 42g 6 mini blocks fat: 18g 6 mini blocks carbs: 26g 4 mini blocks Meal 2 12:00 a.m. 8 eggwhites 1 tbspn olive oil 1/2 large onion 1 green pepper 1 tomato cilantro 1 cup orange juice protein: 4 mini blocks fat: 5 mini blocks carbs: 6 mini blocks Meal 3 2:00 p.m. 2 soy burgers 2 small pita pockets 2 tbspn ketchup protein 6 mini blocks fat 4 mini blocks carb 5 mini blocks Meal 4 5:00 p.m. 1 pink salmon fillet 1/2 tbspn olive oil 1 cup orange juice protein 5 mini blocks fat 4 mini block carb 5 mini blocks Meal 5 7:00 p.m. crabmeat and scallops desert: 1 orange and cup strawberries protein 5 miniblocks fat 4 miniblocks carb 5 miniblocks Meal 6 9:00 p.m. 1 lettuce head 1 tbspn light balsemic vinaigrette dressing 1 tspn olive oil protein 2 miniblocks fat 2 miniblocks carb 2 miniblocks

13 hours a day? Lucky man. I think taking that long away from food is a mistake. You're really just encouraging your body to store more fat, since it will think you are starving it...

I wish i could sleep 13 hours without waking up cause i get so damn hungry.. 8 is my max, i'll wake up after 8 and i'll have to eat cereal or something, something quick, than if i got time to sleep another 2 hours i'll do that, than i'll eat breakfast.

If you want to keep at your current calorie level (debatable for someone your size), you need to move your meals, not add a new one. It should be close to bedtime, but without carbs. What time do you sleep and wake?

13hrs damn! I thought I slept too much. I usually sleep 10hrs at a time 2-3 times a week. You're sleeping your life away bro!!!

well im 250 lbs at 17% bodyfat, i want to get down to 230 or 225. i sleep at usually around 9-10 o'clock, and wake up around 9 or 10, sometimes 11...depending on school. oh and im eating around 2,430 calories, setup by the zone block method.
