Veggies and a little fruit for carbs while cutting?

Will this make me burn too much muscle? I guess this would sort of be like a keto diet, NO? How often should i eat stuff like pasta and bread? Once a week?

I eat tons of veggies and some fruit when cutting but no bread or pasta. Lean protein and good fat except just before and after workouts.
