wow that's some post b-man, I can't add anything to that but I eat all the diferent kinds of protein I can get into my mouth! fish, chicken, whey shakes, steaks, soy, egg whites. My body seems to love variety. There is even a soy cereal with 12 grams of protein per serving - Soy O's, only 2 grams of sugar. If you need some carbs too this stuff is the shit. I usualy Mix in some flax plus cereal with it as well. Ok I'm done ranting about food - sorry. peace
