No the dose does not change. It is still 500iu 2x ew. The HCG just expires in thirty days. Your best bet is to use the 1500iu kits instead of the 5000. You can finish off the 5000iu if you want, but the last pin will not be full potency.

Exactly...

Thinking of Testosterone Replacement Therapy, called TRT? ...

You've come to the right place for that type of questions...

Thats a good question, how much potency is lost after the expiration and at what rate is it lost. Is it lost at a consistent rate or does it increase.

If you take an HCG shot every 3rd you can use all 5000iu's in 4 weeks b/c the first and the fourth week will get 3 shots during the course of the week.

Having worked in the medical field, my guess it is the bacteriostatic water that expires after 30 days, not the HCG. When reconstituting the HCGsmall, minute amounts of bacteria are introduced into the vial of water. Bacteriostatic water conatins .9 percent of benzyl alcohol as a preservative and anti-bacterial. My thoughts are the manufacturer will only guarantee the sterility of the water for 30 days once adrug has been introduced into the vial. So use after 30 days wouldn't result in the decrease of the dose of HCG but carry with it a much higher risk of infection. Just my thoughts.

I bet you are 100% on this...Truely its not worth the risk to go longer especially when you factor in that most guys will preload syringes resulting in higher then normal risk... I suggest to always buy the 1500iu kits so its always fresh and you only have 2 syringes preloaded not 9...

Hey bro, one more question from me ,if after 30 days risk of infection is higher becuse bacteriostatic water will lose it's sterility, can I mix remainder with fresh(new) bacteriostatic water and return sterility, for example if I have after 4 weeks 6ml of bacteriostatic water with 3000iu left could I add 4ml of new bacteriostatic water and return some of sterility?

Actually, as a medical professional, i wouldn't even advise "pre-loading" syringes, their contents can no longer be considered sterile, you may as well be injecting tap water. DISCLAIMER.....the above statment is just my opinion and is not to be construed as medical advice.
