HGH or IGF-long? WHich do u guys prefer?

I have done searches and just read the above post on GH. I have access to both of these at good prices. WHich one do u guy recommend? WHich has less sides? And if i plan on doing i shot of GH a day what time of day woudl be best? Thank you in advance.
