Listen, I don't know what kind of winny you guys are getting, but 10 mgs /day for me was awesome. I'm very experienced and know my body well.

I will tell you I'm light. I got great power and very good improvement in endurance, and super vascular too. I was also taking little test e and little gh.

Well, I gave a similar answer a while ago. I did too feel the great effects of winny at very low dosages (I did pyramid scheme with tapering off). I had started at 15mgs ED 1st week and went to max of 30mgs ED in the 4th week- but that was too much for me (sub 120lbs). Once I started to taper the dosages, I found that I felt the best at 10-15mgs ED.

The second time I did the winny only cycle, I didn't go over 20mgs ED, and still had very sore quads during intensive aprts of workouts and races (I am a LD runner), I suspect that's what you call pumps in cycling. If I ever do a winny cycle again, I won't go over 10mgs/day.

Finally, to answer you question- experiment, but don't overdo it. If I had your weight of 190lbs, I wouldn't go over 30-35mgs ED.

Have a friend who goign to experiment and record his achievements and timing. He wants to see how well this will workout for him. he's going to do a 10-12 weeks cycle of CYP at 160mg weekly, at the beginning of the cycle he will either use winny or Halo for 3-4 weeks then he will have like 4 weeks off orals and the final 3-4 weeks of cycle right befor eth elast shot he will use the other oral. he said the halo he will keep at 20mg ed and same with winny and I will pass along the results and his time increases etc... he will start in a few weeks.

I think the answer is in 69eclipse's response. From what I know about this forum, the members do not demand answers, re: "just answer my quetions."

I think more info is needed on what you are looking to accomplish before anyone can say anything. What I would say, is that sprinting and the sides of Winny alone, dry joints, shutting down, definitely opens the door for injury and poor performance in the long run.

winny dries out the joint and causes too many pull hamstring, we use to you use it alot.

OUCH!!!!!!! WELL heres one of your own posts which you say winny causes too many hamstring pulls, you used to use it alot.if your a speed and strength coach you should be as knowlegable as possible and if your athletes are your primary concern then their health should be # 1.with that said, winny will shut them down which will make them lethargic and prone to injury.what you need to do is more research and quit asking for advice which is not for you but for someone else.

lol- read the post again. i said when we have done lots of speed work we have experience injuries to the hamstring area. once again we are not during any speed work at this time so i am not worry about hammy injuries. my question was if they use winny now and if they would experience any muscle stiffness how long would it take for it to go away once they stop using it.

As said by everyone winny drys out the joints, muscle strain or stiffness as you describe is from a latic acid build up between the muscle fibers. No AAS will reduce the effect of muscle soreness. Conditioning training helps this out.
IMO using winny alone will cause the joints to dry out an the carltidge will rub against each other causing greater pain. If you are going to use winny use test to lubricate the joints.
I think more knowledge is required....Keep reading my freind..
