Around what body fat % should someone be at around 10 weeks out. I've been training and dieting for a show now for 6 weeks and have lost 20 lbs but I think I was a little heavy to begin with and now I'm having second thoughts. I've done 2 shows before when I was a teen but that was 4 years ago and a lot has happened in between and I want to make sure that I can compete on stage. I won't even show up if I don't think I can place so I just want to see where I should be at during this point. Thanks guys.

If you are 10 weeks out and around 200 lbs, I would think around 6-7% is okay, maybe a little higher is still fine. In all truth many people will get on stage at 4-5%.
