What do u mean cycling the carbs? Low/higher carbs days? Iam up my protein to 50g and I replace to whey protein Why only 6 meals? cause I spited throu a day every 2.5 hours a can’t imagine how u consume 10 meals a day do u realy sleep? 🙂

Sure I sleep very well, why would you have a problem sleeping? 6 meals may be sufficient to get all your food in but it is better during precontest to eat more frequently Shit in the offseason I eat 8 meals a day sometimes 9. You should be eating 1.5-2 hrs max. Again this will speed up your metabolism and help in shedding bodyfat. I am glad you switched to whey in the am it is a good choice casein doesnt make any sense in the am. 10 meals a day pre contest is pretty easy 7 are whole food and 3 are shakes. if I eat a meal and my next meal is a shake then I will drink the shake 1 hr after the meal and eat another whole food meal 1 hr after that. Depending on your bodyfat and where you are in your plan (how far out) I would definietly rotate my carbs. low low mod high, repeat some do low low low high, repeat it is all what works you have to experiment.
