What do u guys thing about my diet, Iam 13 weeks out
my stats 5,8/220pt cutting down to 198 to get into the light heavyweight class
Please fell free to correct my diet
Morning cardio
Meal 1:
Casian protein, 1 cup oatmeal, banana, 10g glutamine
Meal 2:
Chicken, rice and beans
Meal 3:
Chicken, rice and vegetables
Meal 4:
Chicken, and sweet potato
Meal 5:
Post workout 30g protein shake and 50g dextrose
Meal6:
10 Egg waits and vegetables, 10g glutamine
What amounts are you getting in? The foods that you are consuming are good choices...keeping it simple is best!

When i get to 6 weeks out i replace the chicken with fish.
I always like to see other peoples diets for new ideas so I will post mine. I am 5'7 and trying to come in some where around 190-195. meal 1 1 1/2 c. oatmeal 1scoop whey 1 scoop casein meal 2 post workout 2 scoops whey 1 banana 2 rice cakes 2 oz. nuts meal3 lean beef sweet potato veggies meal 4 1 can tuna 1tbs. olive oil 2 tbs. no carb no calorie bbq sauce meal5 chicken veggies meal 6 same as 4 meal 7 1scoop whey 1scoop casein The bbq sauce is pretty good. If you would like to try it is called "Walden Farms Calorie Free." I got it at Target.
Truth, why the slow-absorbing nuts post workout???
Mostly to keep me from starving until my next meal. haha. I get very hungry between post exercise meal and the next.
OK so hear we go, aim 9 weeks out now and my weight has not been change that much, I lost 4pt so far, as iam mentioned above my diet still the same and I do cardio 5 times a week every morning on the empty stomach for 40min Iam not taking any fat burners yet but iam planning to start next week clen for 2 weeks on/off, I can not run ECA cause is hard on my prostate BPH Every body saying that I look bigger and fuller which is I shoude not be When is comes to AS this is what iam running now Test enath.. 500mg/week I will drop test enath.. 6weeks out and switch to Test Prop with tren and masteron So I need some help from u guys, what changes I need to make in orde to achieve my goal? Your not very lean to be 9 weeks out bro don't mean to hurt your feeling but bust ass you can do it but plan to be around 185lbs.What you need to do is get a prep guy to help you do you know how many grams of protein your taking in a day? What about carbs you posted a diet but there is not rotain mentions about carbs. Are you drinking at least 1.5gal of water a day? Cycling clen right now isn't gong to help you save that till the last 3 weeks before the show.You need to have full body shots and take them every week and look at them your behind IMO and need to change things up bigtime drop the enath now and switch to a faster test. Really to much to go over.
Iam taking about 250g of protein a day and 400g carbs and yes iam drinking 1.5gallon a day, I will drop test enath.. now and start short acting test as u mention above i may add some proviron on top of that to get rid of the bloating i got from enath.. You need to be rotatiing your cabs with a high,med,low day and adjust your protein alos higher on med and low days lower on high days..Your not offering your metabolism anythnig to burn since you give it the same thing everyday.
I don't think he's behind at all, I could step onstage in 6 weeks from where he's at. Sure he has to work hard but behind??? I'd get your protein closer to 300g/day. I'd also start the clen at 6-7 weeks out.
Thanks for advise, Iam 6 weeks from now on, my diet is pretty much the same in meal no.6 I did not include any carbs and I add more cardio Iam kind of freak out cause of my weight gain from Tren Ace, I put some 4pts in 3 days coude it be a water?
Absolutely cycle your carbs bud dont just use the same amount everyday or you will be way disappointed and never hit your conditioning correctly. As for your diet I have to question why you are consuming Casien protein first thing in the AM? This is wrong as casien takes a long time to digest, this should absolutly be a whey protein. Second why are you only taking in 30 gms of whey after your training? This should be increased to at least 50-60. And last why only 6 meals? As contest time comes around I always up my meals to about 10, this increases your metabolism and also gets in more food in smaller meals...6 meals is border line ditching the diet in my opinion....
