This is one area I do not see a lot of information on and am curious to know more.

How long after your last shot do you drop calories, if at all?

How long do you continue to eat big calories if your on a bulking cycle to maximize gains kept?

Any different make up of where calories should come from during/after PCT? (I.E higher amounts of protein, lower carbs)

Does anyone have a link to a detailed explanation of this? Or is it better to keep the same eating pattern until the cycle and PCT is completely Over?

The last time I was off, God only knows when, I keep my cals the same. I always seemed to have lower cals anyway. I usually try to keep the make up almost the same dropping protein a little and upping complex carbs and fat the same. I would imagine if I bulked an entire cycle and I actually had ended that cycle that I would slowly drop cals but keep fats to a min. Just personal experience/ thoughts nothing medical behind what I am saying. I would think that most people are different though. I tend to put weight on easy so the fats I try to avoid during pct

Assuming your going straight into a spring/summer cutter diet right after PCT, i wonder how drastically I should be cutting cals?

Im floating around 8,000-10,000 a day, for about 8 weeks,
then i'll slowly drop down the last 8 weeks (of a 16 week bulk cycle)
then for PCT i was thinking of running a solid clean 5500 a day

Hard to say potential, everyon reacts different. I know if I ate 5500 cals I would gain weight, lots of it. Thats around my bulking cals. Overall I think you have the right formula though
