Yes clairify a bit. Do you look bigger or not? Either way use it as a learning experience and dont order again. I remember when I started training I bought lots of supps and wasted lots of cash, i'm sure we all did at one point. It'll give you something to laugh at later on....

well when i first started i spent alot of money on eas's hmb. and when it came out it was expensive. now it makes me sick because i think about how many bottles of test i could have gotten with that money. but i learned
