I keep seeing it mentioned all over the place lately...anyone try it, has it worked for you at all?

I'm thinking it's not anything worth spending money on, but thought I'd post anyway.

Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

I tried it in college - nothing big. From what I remember, it's supposed to give you energy and endurance. Just take Vit B12 shots and winny - you'll get better results.

Thx speed! I was considering it for after the end of my var cycle as something to give me a little extra strength/energy...I'd actually done some research on other boards, and most people seem to share your opinion of it. If I'm going through the trouble of injecting, it's got to be worthwhile enough--I think I'll look into B12.

There is actually evidence in one studying showing injecting it was causing negative benefits.

Figure chick- Have heard mixed reviews on kyno, but synthetek has a product out now called syntheselen. Have heard some very good things about it from friends that have used it. Increased vascularity, retention of lbm during pct, increased strength, etc. I just put in an order for some to try it out.

Wonder why I haven't heard of it; will do some research for sure. I'd love it if you could let me know how you're liking it once you've used it for a couple of weeks...nothing like personal experience! ๐Ÿ˜‰
