hitting 30 - thoughts?

Don't mean to put a damper on your forthcoming 30th, but commonly, when one hits the age of 30, the following begins to occur: * Teeth start falling out * Hair turns grey and starts falling out in lumps * Big black whiskers start growing out of ears and nose * Dick shrivels into a little shy worm * Gangrene and moss start growing on feet, particularly around the toes * Eyes turn yellow and begin oozing mucus * Yellow pussy growths appear on, and around, private parts * Skin turns a yellowy green and scales form on over-exposed body parts I regret the day I ever turned 30! :bawling: It's all over for you , invest in life ins............Funny! I'm 51 and only half of that is true................

and what makes you think women in there thirties arent babes? Wow, real nice attitude you have there. While I agree with you alot of women who hit that age let themselves go but not all. Thats me in my avatar at 35 and I certainly dont think I look like a *hag* as you so nicely put it. You are the exception to the rule. So are some of the women that frequent here. You don't live in the US so you don't see how everyone here is getting fatter & fatter..... especially the women! I'm 40 and you should see the women that want to trap me. Old, fat, flabby, worn out, stretched out..... most barely look like women. And they think they're really something special too! No thanks!

American women are worth leaving the country for. Sorry that I wasn't completely clear about that. The only exception was an ultramarathon runner that I met when I was 43. She was 44 and in shape. Other than that, there aren't many American women over 30 who are worth a second look physically. Hell, most the teens are fat. There are well kept Asian women here, older than me, that are lookers. In the US, few know how to cook smart because they grew up on two family incomes that depended on fast food and "latch-key" kids. Few people exercise, most veg in front of the tube. Not so in other parts of the world. I traveled world-wide for over 30 years. I know prevailing attitudes globally. America's lack of discipline is speading, unfortunatly, to other developing or "overdeveloped" nations. Americans want a quick fix, pill or cut, no sweat, no work, just put it on the credit card. You look great at 35 and probably will at 65. You are the exception, as I am at 53. And it isn't just the women. Most American men my age, or over 30, look like crap too.

Hi all im new to this place.. and just posted a more life issue... Guys im turning 30 in 3 months.. And honselty... i dont really know what to expect.. Im not happy or sad.. just normal.. I mean its just a number.. but trying to keep the muscle mass on had only been harder as we are all aware here.. 11 years of training and although i have enjoyed every minute of it.. Ive been thinking i should hang it all up in 3 months and live a "NORMAL" life and just enjoy it wihtou having to time meal/think about muscle catabolization and stay in shape (do cycles here and there).. etc etc U guys get my gist.. Most of my mates who live non BB lives seem i guess more at ease with theior busy lives.. inc kids without having to sleep right/eat right . Sorry about the rant... 😀 the best way to overcome this is get a 20 year old girlfriend.

But after a while you adjust to being a decrepit old fart and forget how nice it was to be young.

29 was not a good yr, so god forbid I relive that again lol.
