I posted this before the old server crashed but it is worth posting again I think. Here goes:
1/2 - 1 cup skim milk
1/2 - 1 cup instant oats
1 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or creamy-you choose)
1 - 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
Nuke for however long is recommended then blend together and enjoy. If you like No-Bake cookies, you will LOVE this recipe. It makes oats a lot easier to eat; you get the fiber and complex carbs from the oats; you get some good fat from the peanut butter to hold you out longer until your next feeding; and you get plenty of protein from the milk and protein powder. It tastes great and is nutritious as well!
Doc

I just pour the pack of dry oatmeal in my mouth and drink a glass of water and garggle then swallow. j/k I don't use the packs because those are the instant but I will, when pressed for time, eat 1 cup dry and try and wash it down with water or mix it in a glass and try to drink it down.
when u say nuke what do you mean? use nuclear weapons to heat it up.
Here is another version of that. 2 C. Splenda 2 Tblsp. Fat Free Cocoa 1/2 C. Butter 1/2 C. No Fat Milk 1/2 C. Peanut Butter 1 Tsp. Vanilla 5 C. Instant Oatmeal Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and peanut butter and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla and oats. Stir until combined. Drop by tsp. on wax paper or spead in a pan, cool and cut in squares. My girl made these for me on sunday and I have been eating one with almost every meal. Great source of slow burning carbs. I have one pre and post workout. I am bulking so I can eat all of this. THese things are fucking good.
