I'm so annoyed, after reaching my all time heaviest weight, I get struck with some sort of flu after spending time outside on Saturday (I was raking leaves, it was cold, damp and rainy). =pissed: Anyway, sunday I could tell I was feeling a bit off and chilly... and by monday I wasn't shitting solid. :11zpissed :upchuck: So, I'm trying to retain as much size and strength as I possibly can until I get back to normal. Food appears to be digesting some-what and not passing through completely undigested :moon: Any tips on helping this clear up ASAP and keeping my weight/strength up? :flame:

If your stomach can hack it; 5.0grams of vitamin C every 2 hrs not more than 5 times. only for one day. Usually, people will feel the symptoms incr. from doing this for about 5-6 hrs, but, by the next day, it'll be gone. May get the runs from so much Vitamin C though. This is similar to the proven remedy that was introduced by Pauling in the 60's. Some thought that this amount of V-C would cause ulcers, but, again Pauling disproved that and proved the cause of ulcers are 80% from bacterias. JMO

It's easy for me to down protien shakes... solid food is not too easy for my appetite.. I have to eat real slow or else I'll throw up... Food tastes bitter. I'm thinking I should avoid milk... but have been drinking skim. I took a couple imodium tabs to see if that'll help.
