When we eat carbs, excess carbs are stored as glycogen. For each gram of glycogen, your body also stores 3-4 grams of water hence water weight gain.jb

billy blanks workouts on dvd are really intense, you get out of them what you put into them but if you give it 100% you will come away limp and drench...
