As I'm sure you're implying, red meat has a substantial amount of creatine in it. Very true. But I doubt you could eat enough on a daily basis to get enough creatine. Phosphagen used to have the exact amount of steak you would have to eat on its bottle to equal one teaspoon of their creatine powder. It was a huge amount. But whole food should come first I certainly agree there.

how much CEE you you guys use a day 3g 6g ? I take about 5g a morning.
I did the regular EAS when it first came out in 95-96 and let me tell you it put on some muscle and strength. I went from about 205 to 240 and solid as a rock. I can never understand why it doesn't work for some people.

Wondering if those that use CEE use the powder form instead of the caps? I read that it taste like ass so I went with the caps. You have to take 8 caps per day to get 4g. With all the other supps I take like vitamins, saw palmetto, C, etc.. it seems like a hassel to down these big caps every day. Also do you save much if you go for the powder form? The CEE seems to work better for me than the micronized creatine. Great stacked with Anavar.

Also I believe its much cheaper this way!
CEE tastes NOwhere near as bad as hydrolyzed protien... i just mix it with pre/post workout shakes and thats that.

I've used a lot of creatines before I noticed the way, lol. Cell tech is full of sugar which is why it doesnt taste so bad. More like kool aid. But no matter what brand your taking you are going to pee a lot. Water consumption is key and if your pee isn't clear then you arent hydrated enough. To me, all creatine is is basically water weight. Once you're off your gonna pee the majority of it right out. Cheers
