The only creatine I get in anymore is through NO Xplode, which isn't much. When I used creatine in the past, it was that old junk serum formula and before that, I was always using Cell Tech. I didn't like either product. The serum didn't do anything except give me a little energy and the Cell Tech gave me bad kidney pain, the runs and I had to urinate a lot. My question is for the hardcore creatine lover. I know a lot of people swear by it, so my question is which is your favorite? Brand and product... Also say why and what you gained in weight, size, definition, vascularity, pumps, strength, endurance etc.... Also list any bad sides you may have experienced.

First Of All, Cell Tech Is Bunk. More Sugar Than Anything. As Far As The Serum Goes, There Is A Class Action Lawsuit Against The Manufacturer Due To Deceptive Advertising About The Effectiveness. Stick With Plain Old Creatine Monohydrate Powder, 5g, 2-3 Times A Day, Or Creatine Ethyl Ester. Allthewhey.com Has Both For Great Prices.

Dave O is right. Cell tech has low quality ingredients and mostly sugar. There is no serum cretine that actually works. I dont run cretine much anymore but when I do I use generic creatine or phosphagen HP. HP can be pricey but I get a deal on it so I will often use it.

It's my opinion that creatine is basically just that...creatine. As far as formulations go, adding regular creatine with sugars such as dextrose may enhance absorption through insulin responses. I wouldn't say Cell-Tech is crap, but I will say it is extremely overpriced. You could get a very similar result by just taking regular creatine with grape juice. Creatine ethyl ester just has not been studied by any peer reviewed study currently. Their claim is that the ethyl group will enhance absorption by making the creatine molecule passively diffuse into the muscle (making it lipophilic). However, there are esterases present in the blood (as well as in the muscle) that may cleave this ethyl group prior to being absorbed into the muscle. So if this would happen it would seem to me that CEE would be no better than just your regular run of the mill creatine monohydrate. Just my .02

I use the micronised creatine. Only side affests for me is flu like symptons during the 1st/2nd week. Definately increases my endurance and strength. Being using it for like 5 years. Looking back through my training logs you can see better results when I am taking creatine. Evo

Good info guys. I have found with our athlete clients that require endurance and power, a combo of micronized creatine with an N02 (3000mgs of Arginine 2X per day) type product during their off season or prep training works extremely well. JP.

eas phosphagen is what I like, I will mix it with juice (apple not test) in the morning, I have had no side effects, it just makes me feel a little stronger. I will gain 8-10 lbs when taking it but will lose most when I stop taking it for a week or so.

I only use CEE....I have found for me that I don't feel like I'm holding on to extra water...the test and Dbol already do that for me.

CEE is the only creatine that gives me a nice solid vascular pump. Makes it feel like the outer enamel of my teeth is coming off too.

generic creatine here, just a scoop morning and night, no scientific X minutes before workout, mix with Y formula. i just mix creatine, glutamine, msm powder all together and scoop it in.

since i started eating large amounts of red meat i've found that taking creatine no longer effects me. I've tried mono and cee with no positive effects.

EAS phosphegen and superiors CEE taken twice a day in my protein shakes...been taking it for as long as it's been out...I can tell you under the best of conditions that creatine works very well...while in prison, several guys were sneaking it in...I was training several guys that got it...it was the only supp they had and once they started it, it was amazing ..the closest gains in strength I've ever seen to steroids...I saw about 6-7 different guys and all that had it, there strength increases were amazing...now, lets remember that prison is the perfect enviroment for growth...all the sleep you want, very little work, and if you could afford it plenty of food...basically these guys slept, trained, ate, played cards....but I did come to the realization that it really worked while there...if all the factors are right...BTW it was celltech they were bringing in...

I used to take CEE(ATW brand) pre and post but I didn't see an increase in pretty much anything. The switch to No Explode has done wonders though. I'm just putting the CEE in my post drink now to finish the tub off.
