1. Duck med to big size 2. Syringe
3. Butter 4. garlic powder
5. Tonys 6. Dales steak seasoning
7.Cavenders 8.Onion
9.Apple 10.wine cooler
11.Parsley flakes 11.Italian dressing
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Take duck stuff with onions and apples.
Mix :water,butter,garlic powder,Dales,Tonys,Cavenders and stir.
Take syringe and inject mixture into both breasts and legs and wings...if you want to you can do the back also.
Pour Italian dressing on top of duck and then sprinkle parsley flakes on top then fill up the pan halfway up the duck with wine coolers.
Put in oven ....20 minute rare ;1 hour well done
After its done take out duck pour gravy into a pot and add a little milk and stir and simmer to make a good gravy.
Serve over wild rice and potatos

wild ones?fatty? not unless they hold their fat in the meat....as far as fatty skin, have you ever handled raw chicken?duck doesnt even come close to the fatness of chickens..thats like saying deer has more fat than cows....domestic vs. wild game....big diffrence
I love duck, after working in a restaraunt for five years I really got sick of people telling me that they don't like duck, but they have never tasted it outside of a "chineese restraraunt". I love food!
