I LOVE WASABI....I always get like 3 times the amount they normally give and eat it till my nose is draining down my face.......

I do a whey shake about an hour before workout and an hour after.....and i eat like a horse all day long......

The only thing i have noticed with this stuff is i get massive shits.....its like i am giving birth to the next antichrist........
