Ok so I got turned on to sushi by a friend ( I really hate fish ) and I love the stuff. I have worked my way up tyo eating 3 long rolls in a sitting. Now how bad is the nutritional content of it. I use the light soy sauce to cut down on salt and lets see the fish looks lean, not to much rice, maybe just the crab or the crystal shrimp but there are usually only 1 or 2 of those in a long roll.
I tried it once and to my surprise it was quite good, don't know how bad it is--if its bad at all.
I dont think its too bad, i have heard however that the rice is high in sugar or simple carbs which is not a good thing, and the ones covered in mayo are high in fat but besides that i cant imagine they are too bad at all i love sushi its right next to nandos on my fave takeaway
