I'm not a big breakfast eater, never have been. Just a cereal guy. I am alergic to eggs, it sucks. I can eat things with egg in it, but not scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, etc... So I'm looking at adding a protein shake in the morning since I'm now working out before work. What are you guys using? I was about to buy Whey Protein Isolate from allthewhey.com. $29.99 for 5 lbs.

Try Casein for meals and only use Whey after workouts. I use GNC PM, or Optimum Casein. Any casein one is good for use with meals. FYI casein comes from milk just like whey but is is a slower digesting protein. It stays with you a while just like as if you ate cottage cheese or meat or fish chicken etc.

I think that's a good price. I'm going to give them a try. If I'm out and can't wait for an order to come in, I usually run down and buy some Vitamin Shoppe brand protein. They sweetner they use is yummy
