And don't forget that too much fiber may lead to bad smelling flatulence .
My bad, I thought it was at least 100 kcal/day. I agree with JB 100 kcal per week is nothing.
That's a good approach to start with. Also maybe you might have to adapt your current training methodoly to fit your up-coming nutritional state.

Very important post. Just a speculation, but maybe if a guy wants to include an oral drug like Anadrol in his cycle, so deca would do the trick.
